About Me

Hello my wild one!

I'm Cristina and I'm so glad you're here.

My work helps you sift through the rubble of conditioned patterns and ways of thinking, doing and moving through the world so you can flow instead of force.

So you can relax more into your power.

So you can trust yourself to show up exactly how you want in the world.

So you can feel the connection with all the beautiful living things on this planet.

If you’ve made it to the about page of my website then you are probably intrigued in the words you may see around The Rooted Method.. words like.. “wild” “embodied” “mother nature” “resiliency and “ divine sisterhood”.

The Rooted Method is at the intersection of Mother Nature, neuroscience and feminine embodiment. It is my belief that with a relationship with these three pillars we lead lives of deep power, connection, passion and trust. At the heart of The Rooted Method is community and I bring in guest facilitators, coaches and other dynamic entrepuentes into my programs so you can be supported in your dynamic journey back home to yourself.

All of my retreats and programs are done in groups because I believe so strongly in the power of being witnessed, seeing our mirrors and dropping into the power of divine community.

Your Brain On Nature

Backpackers and Campers scored 50 percent better on a creativity test after spending four days in nature disconnected from electronic devices, according to this 2011 pilot study.

“One of the underappreciated benefits of venturing into remote landscapes is that we are often thrown into connecting with each other.”

“Lost with the advance of civilization was our long-standing ability to enter into nature-induced non-ordinary states of consciousness for the purpose of healing, revelation, and connectedness with the natural world.”

U-M psychology researchers found memory performance and attention spans improved by 20 percent after people spent an hour interacting with nature.
