Consider this your time for sacred soul and self-care.
This is a space for women to consciously gather in community with one another—to be heard, held, felt, seen and lovingly supported by our collective Sisterhood. You are invited to drop deeply into your own being; to listen, renew, restore, and reconnect to yourself, your life, and the natural world around you. Look up at the stars, drop into the earth and flow with the rhythm of the moon.
Women coming together in ritual serves as powerful healing for the individual and collective soul. In our modern times, we have lost the rites and initiation of these sacred soul gatherings with women. But thankfully there is now a re-emergance of these gatherings happening all over the world.
This Full Moon invites you into experiencing yourself fully in mind, body and spirit. It's an opportunity to be fully in your own skin, embrace the exploration of your inner depth, and emerge with insight and embodied empowerment to stand firmly in your own truth.

“Cristina and her team have truly created something magical here. The experiences she has curated allow you to connect with nature on a deep level and feel more comfortable in the GREAT outdoors. I cannot wait to go on another adventure with The Rooted Method!!” —Crystal
"Cristina does a great job of communicating, planning, and encouraging us. I've met some great people on these trips whom I'd likely never run across. Its a great opportunity to get out socialize and just feel "real". Would recommend this any of my friends, family, or coworkers as a great opportunity to get back to their roots in nature through wholesome adventure, self improvement, health and deep connection.” —Meghan
“She did a great job at reading the group and making sure everyone was taken care of, and made it easy for everyone to be themselves. She is an incredible outdoor guide and I will definitely be signing up for more experiences with her in the future! Highly recommend Cristina to anyone looking for more outdoor experiences and a way to meet more people who share similar interests." —Samara
